it's been a long while since I've seen my childhood best friend Brauton. this afternoon was lovely walking about the streets we used to run about when it was pouring with rain, taking photos, and trying to set up an outdoor studio with a heavily creased sheet hung onto the washing line. Brauton has just started up a blog: heathimogens, and will soon post more photos from today taken on her camera. enjoy!

folio one assignment

a few pictures from my first practical photography assignment! the task was to submit three selectively coloured images (which was a pain... i detest selectively coloured photos) and three panoramas.

sprocket rocket

i've recently discovered there's a type of camera called a 'sprocket rocket'

and i love the way pictures come out after they've been developed.

i cheated a little bit and just edited my photos to look like they've been

captured on sprocket rocket film, but one day i'll get a legit camera to do this.

really old happy snaps taken on a phone with brauton. i used one of those automatic billboard photo editing sites to create the final product. this was back in 2009.
