the calm before the storm

the weekend before semester two of college (the calm before the storm) was spent opshopping and photographing bits of liverpool, sydney and bungendore. although the shopping area in Liverpool is insanely beautiful and rundown, opshopping is not recommended over there! i was looking for a big warehouse with everything from coke bottles to century-old calculators. I know there is a place in Glebe, Sydney, called Junktique which won't let you down. the following photographs were taken over the whole trip. I wish i had more to share, but i rushed the photos and didn't check the exposure until it was too late... at least I have something to post before i return to college. the above photo is along hume highway and for years I've wanted to do a photoshoot there.

an unedited and failed shot I took of tanya holding up a leather book I bought to use as a portfolio for my work. I bought quite a few leather items these holidays.. i could make a post about it soon.

tanya being confused as to why the train was moving backwards, slowly.
